Porcelain, handbuilt, multiple poured and sprayed glazes.
This diptych wall sculpture was created as a rendering of my favorite landscapes off the the coast of Iceland near Vik. The breathtaking rawness of the "sculptured" jetty created by various volcanic, geological, and meteorological forces conveys both strength and fragility of nature.
